These terms set out the rules for your participation in Teachable-lead group coaching sessions (“Group Coaching Calls”). These sessions are hosted by our in-house experts and are intended to help our creators learn more about the Teachable platform alongside fellow creators.

First, everything on our platform, including these Group Coaching Calls, is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These documents lay out the dos and don'ts on our platform and the different rights and responsibilities for everyone (including us). Please make sure to read these documents, and if you're not certain about things, please drop us a line. In the event that any terms in these Terms & Conditions conflict with our Terms of Use, these terms will control with respect to matters related to Group Coaching Calls.

Access

Group Coaching Calls are available only to Teachable creators on a Pro plan or higher. Attendees will need to sign up through our registration page to access the Group Coaching Call. Upon registering, Zoom will email you a unique link that will allow you to access the Group Coaching Call. By registering for a Group Coaching Call you acknowledge and agree that Teachable, in its sole discretion, may change any and all aspects of the session, including but not limited to, the speaker, content, date, and time of any session.

Replays

Replays will be made available to all attendees who register for the session. You may not transfer, share, or sell your registration, the replay or any content from the Group Coaching Session with anyone.

Recording and Privacy

By registering for a Group Coaching Call, Teachable will collect personal information you provide to us through the registration form as well as any personal information you choose to share during the session.

Please be mindful that all Group Coaching Calls will be recorded. By participating in a Group Coaching Call, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information you share by participating in the session will be included in replays and shared with other prospective and existing customers. This may include your name, comments, and icon picture. If you do not wish to share your personal information, please adjust your Zoom settings to exclude this type of information.

We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

License: You agree that by participating in a Group Coaching Call, you are providing Teachable with an unconditional, irrevocable, nonexclusive worldwide license allowing Teachable and its designees to use your name, avatar, photograph, video, voice, audio recording, and/or other likeness, (“Your Content”) for the purposes of sharing the replays with attendees and promoting the Teachable platform. You shall have no right of approval and agree to waive any claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, and right of publicity) arising out of any use, alteration, distortion, or any use of Your Content for the permitted purposes.
Feedback: By participating in a Group Coaching Call, You may share with us comments, suggestions, feedback and ideas (“Feedback”). For no additional consideration, You hereby grant to Teachable a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any and all Feedback You may share with us, without notice or acknowledgment to you, for any purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services and creating, modifying, or improving products and services.

Disclaimers of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Group Coaching Calls and any material related thereto is offered on an “as-is” basis. Teachable does not offer any warranty of any kind, express or implied, or represents that the Group Coaching Calls and any material related thereto will be free of errors or defects. The views and opinions expressed by other attendees participating in a Group Coaching Call are theirs alone and do not reflect the views and opinions of Teachable or its employees. Teachable does not endorse, and expressly disclaims, all liability relating to any advice, content, or other representations or services provided by other participants. Teachable’s liability under these terms is further limited to the extent and amount provided for in Teachable’s Terms of Use.

Amendments

Teachable may, in its sole discretion and without notice, amend these terms and conditions at any time.
