Fair Use Policy

As a guideline for our community, we expect most users to fall within their plan's usage ranges. While we intend to notify you if you exceed these ranges, you remain responsible for monitoring your usage to ensure you stay within your limits, regardless of whether you receive a notification.

To ensure a great user experience for all users of Teachable's Platform ("Platform"), all users are subject to our fair use policy and usage overage costs below.

Teachable does not limit the number of sales on its Platform. Furthermore, we have no limitations on the amount of traffic you receive per month or Monthly Active Users ("MAU"). However, we do limit the total number of enrollment requests and the amount of data stored on our Platform.

If you exceed the limits allowed for your plan, we may contact you to discuss upgrade options. However, Teachable reserves the right to block your site from accepting new customers if we cannot contact you or reach an agreement within 15 days of Teachable's first outreach regarding plan options. We may take immediate action without notice when there is a sudden usage spike or when your usage significantly exceeds normal levels.

Enrollment Limits

All non-custom plans include between 100-10,000 end users. “End users” means students who have access to your school hosted on the Teachable platform.

Video Storage Limits

All non-custom plans include up to 1000 gigabytes (GB) of video storage per account.

Usage Fees

If you anticipate higher usage or would prefer a plan with increased limits at a discounted, pre-negotiated rate, please contact us at sales@teachable.com
