Courtney Babilya, I’m a registered nurse, personal trainer, women’s fitness specialist, and mom of two beautiful boys. As a fitness nurse, I teach women how to exercise sustainably after diet culture dubiously dismantled our relationships with fitness. One of my signature strategies to make exercise more accessible to females is by teaching them about their unique cyclical physiology. This empowers women to move - and rest - on their own terms. As a result, women know more about their bodies than ever before, and actually look forward to working out again after years of being at war with themselves. Armed with a platform and a voice, Keeping Balance is here to ensure that we are the last generation to collectively hold disdain for self-care.
