As a guideline for our community, we expect most users to fall within the below ranges for each plan. We will notify you if your usage is an outlier.
In order to ensure a great user experience for all users of Teachable’s Platform (“Platform”), Teachable’s Basic, Pro, Pro+, and Business subscriptions are subject to a fair use policy.
Teachable does not limit the number of sales on its Platform. Furthermore, we have no limitations on the amount of traffic you get per month or Monthly Active Users (“MAU”). We do, however, constrain the combined total number of free enrollment requests sent to the Platform. As a guideline to our community, we expect that users will be within the range of the plan. For outliers, we may contact the customer to assist in identifying possible misconfigurations or alternative corrective actions.
If you exceed the number of free enrollment requests allowed for your plan, we may contact you to discuss upgrade options. We will not block your site from accepting new customers without first discussing plan options. However, Teachable reserves the right to block your site from accepting new customers in the event we cannot contact you or come to an agreement within 90 days from Teachable’s first outreach regarding plan options.
Free Enrollment Limits by Plan
For the Basic, Pro, Pro+, and Business plans, the number of free enrollments is 10,000 Leads. “Leads” means an enrolled student with no sales on Teachable payment gateways who has signed up for a product on Teachable’s platform but has not made any purchases through the platform. Bundles of additional free enrollments are available.
Video Usage Limits
Teachable includes 1,000 gigabytes (GB) of video bandwidth per account. If an account exceeds this limit, Teachable may contact the customer to discuss potential solutions, including upgrade options or additional bandwidth purchases.
Excessive Usage
Teachable reserves the right to determine excessive usage on the platform. If we determine that an account’s usage places an undue burden on the Platform, we may contact the customer to discuss adjustments, upgrades, or alternative solutions.
