FAQ
All sales recorded through your school on Teachable payment gateways between November 23-29 will be counted towards your total. This includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Giving Tuesday.
You can always track your sales by reviewing your transaction history. More details on how to check this in this transaction history and reports article from our Help Center.

We will issue the subscription credits by January 3, 2024.
No opt-in is necessary. You must be on a Basic, Pro, Pro+, or Business plan and sales must be processed through Teachable payment gateways to count towards your total.
We’re only able to track sales that go through teachable:pay or the monthly payment gateway, so any sales made through a custom payment gateway will be ineligible. Learn more about teachable:pay and its benefits.
We'll only be looking at individual schools.
Promotion Terms & Conditions
Teachable, Inc. is the sponsor of this promotion and the owner and arbiter of these official rules.
This promotion awards you a subscription credit for your sales performance.
This promotion also awards creators who achieve $500,000 of sales during the period set forth below with a trip to New York City (“NYC Trip”). Teachable will pay for your economy flight to and from New York, transportation to and from the airport to your hotel, and access to at least one (1) Teachable sponsored events. ARV of NYC Trip is $3500.
NYC Trip does not include expenses such as ground transportation other than travel to and from the airport, meals, beverages, gratuities, taxes, gifts, travel insurance, baggage fees, charge by the applicable airline, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs. These costs are the sole responsibility of the creator. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the creators.
Creators are eligible for one NYC Trip. NYC Trips are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable for any other merchandise, services, or any other rewards, prizes, or awards.
The subscription credit will be available to apply to Basic, Business, Pro and Pro+ Plans starting January 1, 2024.
This promotion is only available to Teachable’s Basic, Business, Pro and Pro+ Plan users, who utilize Teachable Payments and Teachable Monthly Payment Gateways.
Any subscription credit earned during this promotion is non-transferable.
This promotion does not apply to users of Teachable’s Free Plan OR users that use custom payment gateways.
The subscription credit is applicable to eligible products and cannot be used for taxes or other additional charges.
Any sales that occur before November 23 at 12:00:00 AM EST or after November 29, 2023 at 11:59:59 EST do not apply to the aggregate sales amount applied to any subscription credit awarded for this promotion.
The preliminary sales numbers on November 29, 2023 do not indicate the final sales numbers as the numbers may decrease due to student refunds and chargebacks within the 14 day refund period.
Teachable will tabulate the results by no later than December 31, 2023.
Teachable creators who earned a subscription credit will be notified via their Teachable account email on-file and/or through their Teachable account.
Teachable will notify creators that earned the NYC Trip by emailing their Teachable account email on-file. Winners of the NYC Trip must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility or the prize will be forfeited. Teachable will make three (3) separate attempts to notify the parties that earned the NYC Trip. Teachable will give the winning creator seventy (72) hours from the 3rd email to respond. If the Creator does not respond, Teachable will render that creator ineligible to receive the trip.
The Teachable subscription credit is a one (1) time credit that is applied to subsequent charges derived from Teachable’s Basic, Pro and Pro+ plan offerings.
Only one subscription credit can be used per transaction. Multiple coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by Teachable.
The subscription credit cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases of Teachable’s Basic, Pro and Pro+ Plans.
